Euclid has taken a stance against grass clippings.
Euclid City Council during their Sept. 2 meeting passed a new criminal ordinance which they claim is aimed at reducing yard waste in the street.
The ordinance stipulates that no one, including landscapers and out-of-town contractors, is allowed to “permit the placement or accumulation of grass clippings, leaves, or other organic debris upon or within any public street, road, or highway, so as to collect in the area within or about storm sewers.”…
