LAKE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – A 44-year-old Willoughby man is now facing criminal charges in connection with a “swatting” hoax from early this month.
Willoughby police said around 7 a.m. on Sept. 4, Antonio Edward Woods called police and claimed to have shot and killed his girlfriend and threatened to kill himself.
