CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A missing and endangered 14-year-old girl was last seen in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood.
According to Cleveland Police, 14-year-old Jaylah Scott was last seen on Wednesday around 5:30 p.m. in the area of the 28th block of Division Avenue.
Police said Scott is 5′0″ tall and weighs 100 lbs with brown eyes and black hair.
