CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -The East Cleveland mayor fired the city’s assistant safety director after he allegedly crossed the “legal boundaries” for the role. Now, security video shows Mansell Baker involved in an altercation outside of a nightclub while he was working as an off-duty security guard.
The security video is from Belinda’s Latin Night Club from January 2023.
