CLEVELAND, Ohio – West Side drivers likely will soon have to slow down a smidgen on one major street, the result of the city’s latest efforts to make roadways safer for both motorists and pedestrians.
After a lengthy study process that involved a review from state officials, the Cleveland Planning Commission last week approved a plan to reduce the speed limit on Lake Avenue from 35 mph to 30 mph.
