How suspect was caught after local pursuit, crash into home:OSHP

CLEVELAND (WJW) — A two-car crash ended with one of the cars hitting a house overnight.

The crash happened at about 2:15 a.m. on Monday near the intersection of Eddy Road and Arlington Avenue in Cleveland.

Following the crash, one car was in the intersection, and the other ended up about 50 yards away, crashed through a fence into the side of a house.

According to investigators, before the crash, troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol were pursuing a Honda Civic after it failed to pull over on I-90 eastbound.

Troopers say there was a brief pursuit, but law enforcement stopped the chase when the suspect vehicle went off the interstate and onto Eddy Road…
