2006-built store to get updates inside, out
Next year will be the 20th anniversary of the Target store at West 117th Street and Interstate 90 in Cleveland’s Westown neighborhood. And after two decades of pretty heavy foot traffic, it needs a freshening up.
It will get that update in 2026, according to plans submitted Sept. 26 by the Minneapolis-based retail giant to Cleveland’s Building Department. Called the Cleveland West store No. 2226, it is located at 3100 W. 117th St.
