Homeless encampment in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood cemetery raises questions

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cleveland neighborhood has plenty of questions after weeks of a homeless encampment taking over a cemetery.

“I’m like, what is this? This is unreal. How do you do this?” said Elizabeth Colon. “This cemetery, where you take a loved one to rest, which is what it’s supposed to be, to get back to where it should be at.”

Colon says she noticed tents in Scranton Cemetery two months ago…
