CLEVELAND, Ohio – A murder suspect accused of killing two people in Cleveland died days after the slayings when he ingested narcotics, authorities said.
Richard Koballa, 45, died Sept. 26, three days after Shaker Heights police arrested him outside an apartment building in the 2000 block of Kemper Road, authorities said.
