CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Police is asking for help locating a missing 12-year-old boy.
According to a Facebook post, Edilberto Morales-Marshall, 12, has been missing since Tuesday.
He was last seen in the area of West 99th Street and Almira Avenue.
