CLEVELAND, Ohio — Residents who live near the field where a 5-year-old girl was found beaten and sexually assaulted called for justice against the youths accused.
On Wednesday, prosecutors charged a 10-year-old girl and 9-year-old boy in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court with rape and attempted murder in the Sept. 13 attack.
