Jury deliberating in trial for 19-year-old charged in Cleveland double homicide

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The jury is deliberating in the trial for the 19-year-old charged in a double homicide in the city’s Slavic Village neighborhood.

Phoenix Brown was indicted on the charges of aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, receiving stolen property, tampering with evidence, and having weapons while under disability.

Brown’s trial began on Oct. 14 in front of Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Richard Bell and the jury started deliberating on Oct. 21.
