CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cuyahoga County Grand Jury indicted a Cleveland man for the fatal shooting of a woman whose body was found behind a dumpster.
Brian Myers, 48, was indicted on the charges of murder, felonious assault, and having weapons while under disability.
Cleveland police said Myers shot Melissa Millspaugh, 39, on Oct. 7.
