Cleveland businessman Bobby George reaches agreement on charges

CLEVELAND (WJW) — A Cleveland businessman accused last year of rape and attempted murder has worked out an agreement and is now facing just one charge: attempted strangulation.

Cuyahoga County court records show Bobby George, 44, of Cleveland, was charged in a bill of information — rather than indicted by grand jury — which was filed on Monday, Oct. 27.
