ROCKY RIVER, Ohio (WOIO) – Police arrested a man for assaulting his girlfriend and taking her inhaler as she was trying to leave.
Rocky River police responded to a home on Smith Court just after 2 p.m. on Oct. 11.
According to police, the woman had visible injuries and was struggling to breathe.
