A guest at a horror-themed restaurant in Cleveland allegedly brandished a gun and refused to pay his bill after accusing a waiter of flirting with the mother of his child.
Officers with the Cleveland Heights Police Department were called to The Haunted House Restaurant just before 9 p.m. on Oct. 22 after receiving a call about a male who needed to be removed from the property, according to a copy of the investigative report obtained by PEOPLE.
The man had already left by the time police arrived, but the officers interviewed members of the staff and eyewitness about the events which had transpired earlier that evening…
