CLEVELAND (WJW) — The FOX 8 I-Team has learned that a “loss of separation event” that happened Oct. 29 in Cleveland involved a medical transport helicopter that was headed to St. John Medical Center in Westlake.
A spokesperson for MetroHealth Medical Center confirmed to the I-Team on Sunday that a Metro Life Flight aircraft was involved in the event.
