SAGAMORE HILLS, Ohio (WOIO) – A 20-year-old South Euclid man was indicted in connection with a fatal shooting in Sagamore Hills this past May.
Allen Lamar Phillips was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter and 10 counts relating to the possession and trafficking in drugs.
