CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – One person is dead and another is behind bars after a shooting Sunday inside an apartment building.
The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. at Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CHMA) apartments on East 98th Street.
