CLEVELAND (WJW) — Cleveland police are asking the public to keep an eye out for a missing teen, who they have listed as “endangered” after she left her home last week.
According to police, Valisa Toney, 17, left her home on Nov. 4, 2025. She was reported missing Nov. 6, 2025.

“Her family has had periodic contact with her via phone, but have not been able to verify her where she may be,” stated police. “Valissa suffers from medical conditions and may need her medications.”
The teen was last seen in the area of West 28th Street and Detroit Avenue.
