CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland police are searching for a 17-year-old girl missing since Nov. 4.
Officers say Valisa Toney was last seen in the area of West 28 Street and Detroit Avenue.
She has had limited contact with her family since leaving home, according to police, and officers need to confirm she is OK.
