Announcing the event on social media, the City of Garfield Heights extends an open invitation for an evening of line dancing hosted by Immortal Touch at the Civic Center located at 5407 Turney Road.
Every Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, in Room 018, Garfield Heights transforms into a haven for both dance enthusiasts and novices alike where, for five dollars at the door—a modest price for a night’s escape—you can shuffle and stomp to the pulsing beats of country and pop favorites; no prior experience is necessary to join in on the action, the most important thing, according to the City of Garfield Heights’s Facebook post, is to “bring your energy and love of music” and indeed the hall will be alive, with the sound of music and steps that blend into a community’s heartbeat, each tap and clap a testament to the joy of shared experience.
