CLEVELAND (WJW) — When you’re a toddler, a little bit of snow is wonderful.
But snow indoors is downright magical and mystifying when you don’t know where it’s coming from.
Let’s just say Santa’s magic got help from special bubble machines in the ceiling of the atrium at Tower City, which has been transformed into a Christmas happy place for the holidays.
