CLEVELAND — Taxpayers who are enrolled in EasyPay could see some tax money returning to them with Cuyahoga’s largest return in the program history.

Over $400,000 will be given to residents by the county treasurer’s office, which will provide a decrease in what they will owe come tax time, according to the office.
