Cleveland opens warming centers due to frigid temps Friday

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The city of Cleveland will open four recreation centers as warming centers because of frigid temperatures Friday.

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook Friday. Temperatures dipped into the low teens Friday morning and are expected to hit a high near 31.

Forecasters expect the weekend to be slightly warmer, near 36 degrees, but expect light snow Saturday and Sunday…
