CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A woman who has a concealed carry weapon (CCW) permit apparently believed that the permit allowed her to use her gun to make threats.
At 9:25 p.m. Dec. 6, police were dispatched to a home on Goodnor Road where a woman was reported to have brandished a gun in front of the house before leaving the scene.
