CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A Cleveland man is calling for a quick arrest after a drive-by shooting riddled his home and nearly hit him and his neighbor’s child.
“I could have been sitting downstairs, what would have happened if I had got shot. What would have happened then? I’d be dead,” said Rubin Swift.
