BEACHWOOD, Ohio — A customer created a scene while leaving one mall store after being turned down for a refund and then, instead of leaving as police instructed, she marched over to a second mall store where she again caused a loud commotion when not allowed to make a return.
At 12:40 p.m. Dec. 15, police were called to the Beachwood Place clothing and shoe store Journeys, on a report of the female customer causing a disturbance.
