CLEVELAND, Ohio — A manufacturer plans to take over the I-X Center, but the building’s operators remain silent on who the new tenant is and when the venue’s event business will officially shut down.
Both Industrial Commercial Properties and Industrial Realty Group, the two companies who lease the city-owned International Exposition Center, have not responded to multiple requests for comment since the building’s closure became public in June.
