CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland fire investigators are seeking the public’s help to identify two men accused of theft and arson at a food mart on the city’s West Side last month.
The incident occurred around 3:40 a.m. on Nov. 27 at the Rite Shop Food Mart at 3022 West 25th St., fire officials said.
