Avon police are continuing to investigate a shoplifting incident at the Target in Avon Commons on Monday that ended with a car chase between officers and the alleged perpetrators.
According to a news release, officers responded just after 6:30 p.m. Monday to the store, 35830 Detroit Road, for a report of two women shoplifting.
