WESTLAKE, Ohio (WOIO) – A New York man is accused of stealing more than $4,000 worth of merchandise from a Westlake Ulta on Saturday.
According to a release, at around noon, Westlake Police received a call from Ulta reporting a shoplifting in progress.
Employees reported that a man had come into the store and walked around, appearing to talk on his cell phone. Eventually, he pulled out a large garbage bag, a mask, and loaded the bag up with items…
