CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — A man was arrested after he told an officer responding to his call that he could beat him up and “easily” break his nose.
At 8:30 p.m. Dec. 26, police responded to a call from someone who would not give their name but was requesting a welfare check in a unit in the apartment building at 2435 Noble Road. An officer knocked on the door and got no answer, but did hear the barking of a dog, which had prompted the caller to seek assistance.
