SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – A car crash in Shaker Heights Saturday morning has damaged power lines and closed a part of Chagrin Boulevard.
According to a Facebook post, Chagrin Boulevard is closed in both directions from Norwood Road to Storer Road due to the crash.
