CLEVELAND (WJW) — A man charged with attempted murder and aggravated robbery for allegedly shooting a mother in the face while stealing her car — as the woman’s 1-year-old son sat inside — faced a judge on Monday morning.
Ronald J. Loftis, 47, of Cleveland, was handed a $500,000 bond at his Monday morning arraignment, Cleveland Municipal Court records show.
