CLEVELAND, Ohio — A member of Cleveland’s most ruthless gang was sentenced Monday to 17 years in prison for dealing drugs, his second federal conviction in less than a decade.
Deion Thompson, a member of the Heartless Felons who raps under the name Sino Grams, sold drugs to undercover federal task force officers less than two years after his release from prison in 2021.
