CLEVELAND (WJW) — Ahead of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 19, The Cleveland Orchestra announced two free events this month honoring the civil rights leader.
The Cleveland Orchestra’s 46th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Concert is a celebration of King’s legacy “through music that reflects his enduring message of hope, justice and unity,” reads a Monday news release.
It’s set for 7 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 11, at the Mandel Concert Hall in Severance Music Center, 11001 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland.
