Man walks to hospital, dies after being shot: police

CLEVELAND (WJW) — Police are investigating a weekend shooting that left a 22-year-old man dead.

According to police, the victim identified Tuesday as Jason ChristopherBond was shot near the intersection of Riverside Drive and Pearl Road on the evening of Jan. 4.

Perkins Township police contacting individuals who have unpaid parking tickets

Bond reportedly got out of his car and walked toward MetroHealth Hospital, about a mile down the road, police said.

Cleveland EMS was with Bond outside the hospital when police arrived. He was taken inside where he was pronounced dead.
