Cinnaholic, a vegan bakery mainly serving customizeable cinnamon rolls, is under construction and will open at Cedar Center North at 13953 Cedar Road in South Euclid between late January and early February, according to its owner.
Saiydah Weems-Sholanke told the Cleveland Jewish News owning a business is a new venture for her. She has been a registered nurse at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Weems-Sholanke, 45, said her children, ages 5 and 7, are the reason she “got into” vegan baking.
“We go to a lot of kids’ birthday parties,” she said. “And it breaks my heart when I see children whose parents have to send them to these parties with a special treat because of their allergies.”…
