CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The former divorce attorney accused of killing his client, Aliza Sherman, has a hearing scheduled in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Thursday.
The attorneys for Gregory Moore, 52, are asking for the March 31 trial date to be pushed back.
Moore is accused of stabbing fatally stabbing Sherman when she went to his office on Erieview Plaza in downtown Cleveland for an appointment on March 24, 2013.
