The city of Beachwood’s planning and zoning commission issued a recommendation to city council during a meeting on Dec. 11, 2025, to change the zoning of the site of a three-story office building at 24700 Chagrin Blvd. to allow a Sheetz to be built on the property.
U.S. Bank was the latest business to leave the 11,464-square-foot facility situated at the southeast corner of the intersection between Commerce Park Drive and Chagrin Boulevard as it closed its Beachwood branch at the end of the day on Jan. 6. The closest branch to Beachwood is at 4601 Richmond Road in Warrensville Heights.
