PARMA, Ohio – Paczki is a pre-Easter staple in Northeast Ohio. And Lidia Trempe of Rudy’s Strudel & Bakery in Parma is its biggest cheerleader. For 2026, Trempe’s flavor of the year comes from a collaboration with another Cleveland category leader – Malley’s Chocolates.
Known simply as “Malley’s,” the paczki is filled with Malley’s toffee-spiked fudge and topped with powdered sugar in Malley’s signature pink and green.
