Natalie McDaniel, wife of former Cleveland Heights Mayor Kahlil Seren, files appeal after plea deal in trespassing case

CLEVELAND — Nearly a month after she accepted a plea deal and was sentenced to two years of probation in a trespassing case, Natalie McDaniel, who is the wife of former Cleveland Heights Mayor Kahlil Seren, has now filed an appeal.

Records from the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas shows McDaniel’s notice of appeal was filed with the court on Jan. 6.

McDaniel had reached a plea agreement with prosecutors that lowered her criminal trespassing felony charge to a fourth-degree misdemeanor…
