We’re starting to receive property tax bills in the mail. And while the Ohio legislatures passed five bills to give homeowners billions of dollars in relief, we’re not seeing it yet.
The changes will lower some bills, change how taxes are calculated and stop the sharp spikes that have frustrated homeowners in recent years.
Some affect future calculations. And a big one, affecting the 20-mill floor in mostly rural school districts, came too late for this round of bills…
