MEDINA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WOIO) – A Garfield Heights man was arrested and charged Friday for recording a young Walmart employee in the restroom.
Investigators allege that on Jan. 8, at Walmart, located at 4141 Pearl Road in Medina Township, 26-year-old Tyler J. Jones, of Garfield Heights, used a cellular phone to record images of a juvenile employee from an adjacent restroom stall and made inappropriate sexual advances.
After an extensive investigation using store surveillance footage and license-plate-reader technology (Flock) to identify the suspect, officers arrested Jones on Friday.
