The poor conditions residents living in Parkview Apartments are forced to deal with are still of concern to Richmond Heights city officials during a recent safety committee meeting.
Residents residing in Parkview Apartments, formerly known as 444 Park Apartments, located at 440 Richmond Park Drive, have been facing black mold, boiler issues and out-of-service elevators among other issues stemming from lack of maintenance since at least 2021 with indications from residents that issues started before that time.
