Garfield Heights pipe burst creates icy hazards, conditions worsen

GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – A busted pipe has turned East 134th Street into a frozen hazard, forcing traffic to one side of the road as thick layers of ice build up from constant flowing water.

Neighbors say the problem has been going on for weeks, with some claiming it started in November.
