Ohio wineries clean up in prestigious competition

CLEVELAND, Ohio – More than a dozen Ohio wineries – most located in the northeast part of the state – garnered nearly 100 medals in the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.

Medals were awarded in sparklers, red, white and rosé. Wines were being compared to wines not only within the same varietal but also to those with similar prices.
