CLEVELAND (WJW) — Newly released body camera footage from the Cleveland Division of Police shows the tense moments officers responded to reports of two dogs on Interstate 90 Westbound near Dead Man’s Curve.
Police were alerted to two Rottweilers on the shoulder of I-90 westbound near the Lakeside Avenue overpass around 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 27.
“It’s a dangerous spot for anyone just driving as it is, but for dogs to be on the side of the road — right around Dead Man’s Curve in the snow — it’s awful,” Assistant Public Information Officer Mariah Rodriguez said.
