Lorain County Sheriff’s Office narrowly avoids defaulting on cruisers

CLEVELAND — A potential public safety crisis was averted in Lorain County, after a payment was made before Enterprise Fleet Management could repossess 41 Lorain County Sheriff’s Office police cruisers.

Enterprise Fleet Management notified the Lorain County Sheriff’s Office on Monday that it had defaulted on over $57,000.
